Biography

Private Harold Jackson served with the 2nd Battalion Royal Norfolk Regiment during the Battle of France in 1940. His battalion defended the Dunkirk perimeter. Harold was captured and killed at Le Paradis on 27 May 1940. His story was brought to light by his great-nephew in Manchester.
