How It Works

Gather Information
Collect the veteran's full name, birth and death years, military rank, unit, and any biography or awards. A photograph makes the profile much more complete.

Create an Account
Sign in with your email or Google account. This lets you manage your submissions, edit details later, and receive updates when your veteran is approved.

Fill in the Form
Enter the veteran's details in English and/or Russian — names, service information, biography, and upload a photo. You can save a draft and come back later.

Review & Approval
Our team reviews each submission within 24-48 hours. Once approved, the veteran's profile goes live on the registry and can be shared with family and friends.
