By accessing or using the My Regiment UK memorial registry at moypolk.uk ("the Service"), operated by Cultural Educational Association CIC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
My Regiment UK is a non-commercial online memorial registry operated by Cultural Educational Association CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales. The Service allows members of the Russian-speaking community in the United Kingdom to commemorate veterans of World War II by submitting, viewing, and managing memorial entries.

All submissions are subject to review and approval by our moderation team. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that does not meet these guidelines.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant My Regiment UK a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Service for the purpose of the memorial registry. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.
The My Regiment UK name, logo, and website design are the property of Cultural Educational Association CIC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of memorial submissions beyond our moderation process. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Regiment UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which is zero, as the Service is free).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Community home feed is ordered automatically (a recommender using engagement signals and your follows). Engagement features (feed, reactions, follows, member rankings) are available to users aged 18 and over; you provide your date of birth to access them. See the Privacy Policy for how the related data is used and your right to object.
We operate human-overseen moderation across Community features. We may remove or restrict content and suspend or ban accounts for breaches or illegality. AI may assist moderation (detection, flagging, prioritisation, temporary rate-limiting, queueing for review), but final enforcement actions affecting your access, visibility or standing are made under human governance and administrator review. You may report content (including illegal-content and child-safety fast-paths) and appeal enforcement decisions; moderation actions are audit-logged. You must not post illegal content, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, harassment, hate, threats, extremist content, spam, impersonation or fraud, nor coordinate abuse or evade moderation.
