My Regiment UK is a non-commercial online memorial registry that allows members of the Russian-speaking community in the United Kingdom to commemorate veterans of World War II. The Service allows registered users to submit, view, and manage memorial entries for veterans.

3. User Accounts

To submit memorial entries, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Guidelines

When submitting memorial entries, you agree that all content you submit:

• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Relates to a genuine World War II veteran.
• Does not infringe any third-party copyright, privacy, or other rights.
• Does not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
• Does not include personal data of living individuals without their consent.

All submissions are subject to review and approval by our moderation team. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that does not meet these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant My Regiment UK a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Service for the purpose of the memorial registry. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

The My Regiment UK name, logo, and website design are the property of My Regiment UK and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated memorial information.
• Harass, defame, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent.
• Violate any applicable UK or international law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of memorial submissions beyond our moderation process. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Regiment UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which is zero, as the Service is free).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms
