Biography
Chief Petty Officer George Tucker from Redcliffe, Bristol served aboard the battleship HMS Warspite throughout the war. He saw action at the Second Battle of Narvik, the Battle of Cape Matapan, and provided naval gunfire support during the Normandy landings at Sword Beach.
