Viktor Trofimovich Vlasov was 20 years old when he was conscripted into the Army in April 1941 by the Khvalynsk Military Commissariat, Saratov Region. He went missing in action while defending Leningrad in March 1942.

Власов Виктор Трофимовичу было 20 лет, когда он был призван в Армию в апреле 1941 год Хвалынским ГВК Саратовской области.
Пропал без вести, защищая Ленинград, в марте 1942 года.
