Biography
Corporal Peter Anthony Walsh served with the Royal Engineers Bomb Disposal section throughout the Blitz and the V-weapon campaign. He defused over 200 unexploded bombs in London and the South East between 1940 and 1945. Awarded the George Medal for exceptional bravery. He settled in Brighton after the war and worked as an electrician.
