Neon Vasilyevich Antonov, 19 January 1907 – 24 October 1948. A commander of the Soviet Navy who served in both the Great Patriotic War and the Soviet-Japanese war. Rear admiral from 8 July 1945, and made Hero of the Soviet Union on 14 September 1945.
