Biography
Sergeant Leonard Hargreaves was a glider pilot who flew a Horsa glider into Normandy on D-Day, 6 June 1944. After landing he fought as infantry with the 6th Airborne. He was killed during Operation Varsity, the Rhine crossing, in March 1945.
