Nikolai Alexandrovich Kartel Participant of the Partisan Movement during World War II Nikolai Alexandrovich Kartel was a participant in the partisan resistance movement in the Vitebsk region during World War II — a representative of a generation that demonstrated exceptional courage, resilience, and dedication in the fight for freedom.
