Biography
Corporal Glenys Morgan served in the ATS as a predictor operator in anti-aircraft batteries defending the South Wales ports. Cardiff's docks were vital to the war effort, and the city suffered heavy bombing raids in January 1941 that devastated the Riverside and Canton areas. Glenys and her battery crew helped shoot down several enemy aircraft during these raids. She later transferred to mixed anti-aircraft batteries where men and women served together — women doing everything except actually firing the guns. She married a fellow gunner after the war.

Капрал Гленис Морган служила в ATS оператором предиктора в зенитных батареях, защищавших порты Южного Уэльса.
