Biography
Bronwen Williams from Pontypridd trained as a nurse at Cardiff Royal Infirmary before joining the QAIMNs. She served in field hospitals from El Alamein through to the fall of Rome, treating casualties in conditions of extreme hardship. She was one of the first nurses to enter the liberated concentration camp at Belsen in April 1945 — an experience that haunted her for the rest of her life.

Бронвен Уильямс прошла подготовку медсестры в Кардиффе, затем служила в полевых госпиталях от Эль-Аламейна до Рима. Она была одной из первых медсестёр, вошедших в освобождённый концлагерь Бельзен в апреле 1945 года.
