Biography
Stoker Archie Graham served in the engine rooms of corvettes on Arctic convoy duty to Murmansk. A Gorbals lad who had worked in the Clyde shipyards, he survived two torpedo attacks and the bitter cold of the Arctic Ocean. He was awarded the Arctic Star decades after the war.
